You are responsible as the buyer to read this thoroughly including our Shipping and Handling page, as well as "Things to note".

Returns & Restocking Fee:
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery (postmarked) and cancellations if item has not been shipped please note that there are times when item has been shipped prior to our system being updated. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs to our Tucson location. A restocking fee applies based on the item's price for both returns and cancellations:

Orders under $200: 10% restocking fee
Orders $200–$500: 12% restocking fee
Orders over $500: 15% restocking fee

Refunds will be issued after the item is received in its original condition.

Final Sale Items: Discounted items and custom orders are considered non-returnable.

Discount Codes: All discount codes must be applied before purchase. If a Shop Pay discount isn’t working, contact us before checkout—we cannot adjust pricing after purchase.

We reserve the right to decline service at our discretion.
